I have extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including purchases, sales, development, construction, financing, leasing and representation of condominium and homeowner associations.  Whether you are selling an office building or buying a house, a real estate deal can quickly turn complex and difficult.  When that happens, you need a skilled, dedicated and experienced lawyer who can bring a tough deal to a successful closing.  I take great pride in my skill, dedication and experience; all of which enable me to close the deal with a minimum of stress, pain and anxiety for my client.

Business Law
My practice includes representing clients buying, selling and financing small businesses; formation of corporations and limited liability companies; drafting shareholder agreements, operating agreements and business contracts.  I also advise business owners and executives on a wide variety of legal issues pertaining to business operations, management, finance and employment law.

Wills, Trusts and Probate
I prepare wills, trusts and other advance planning documents for clients designed to manage and dispose of their assets in accordance with their needs and wishes. As part
of the estate planning process, I advise clients on appropriate strategies to reduce tax, probate and administrative expenses.  My practice also includes representing clients in probate matters and other aspects of administering decedents’ estates.
